It’s cliche, but here I am planning my New Year’s Resolutions, and of course one of my goals is to lose more weight and exercise. I lost all my baby weight by following the Ketogenic diet after having my daughter (here’s my post on that), but we’ve been away visiting family out of state for 2 weeks, and I decided to let myself have some food fun for a while. I honestly can’t wait to get back to eating this way again, because I love how my body felt on a very low carb diet. The harder part for me is exercise. All the weight I lost was through diet alone, and I know that’s not super great! I need to get myself in gear here and make the same commitment to exercise that I made with my diet.
