I know there are tons of mamas out there thriving on coffee, but if anyone is a tea drinker like me, read on! (I wish I liked coffee; I love the idea of it, the smell…basically everything except the actual taste). Teami sent me a note asking if I wanted to collaborate and review their teas, and of course I said yes. I love me some tea! Although my absolute favorite teas are fruit flavored, I’ll try pretty much anything.
Teami has generously donated a bag of tea and an adorable tea diffuser to this giveaway–read on to find out how to enter!
All opinions of the tea are honest and my own.
Teami is an all-natural loose leaf tea company, and they make many different varieties of teas that claim different benefits by each blend. I chose the “Focus” tea blend, which the company boasts will increase mental clarity, alertness and, obviously, focus.
The Focus blend (as well as other Teami teas) is all natural, dairy free, soy free, vegan and non-GMO. It doesn’t have any colors, fillers or artificial sweeteners. The package has 20 tea bags, which can be re-used a couple times depending on how strong you like your tea. To me, the tea has a pretty general black-tea type taste to it. If you’re looking for something spicy or unique, the taste might disappoint you. If you enjoy a mild but pleasantly flavored tea, you’ll enjoy it.
First, open the tea diffusor, and insert one of the tea bags. These loose leaf bags can be used without the diffuser, but I love this little thing because none of the tea bits escape into your tea!
Close the lid–the silicone top snaps right back on!
Then, stick it right into the tea. You may need to dip it a little bit for the tea to start seeping out. Then leave it sit in there for however long you’d like–the longer you leave it in, the stronger your tea!
When you’re done, put it on the cute little tray that comes with the kit!
I added a lemon slice to my tea (because like I mentioned, I really love fruity teas). The taste was super smooth with just enough of lemon to be a little tangy.
Overall I would say these teas are a great option if you’re looking to try something new with some added benefits. I did feel more alert after this tea, but I generally don’t drink tea to feel more alert or awake–although I will admit, as a mom, I do need that extra boost, which is why I was excited to try this! For me, the best part is this tea diffusor, because while I do really like the tea, I’ve never had such a cute, cool little device to steep tea!
If you’d like to win a set of Focus tea bags and this amazing diffusor, enter via the Rafflecopter link below. Open to anyone 18 years or older in the US. I’ll announce the winner on Friday! Good luck!
Oh and ps- if you don’t win, you can use my code “LEGGINGS10” for 10% off on Teami’s site!

It is too difficult to say what my favorite tea is. I love tea for so many reasons, a healthy drink, medicinal properties, energizing or relaxing. I think my top 2 are Fireweed/ rosebud tea by Sakari Botanicals or Tulsi Holy Basil. Oolong of almost any brand is a favorite of mine as well. These are all great teas for everyday. Thanks for a great giveaway! I would love to try this cute diffuser and the focus tea.

Love this! I’m a coffee free Mama too.. I have the tendency to get a little addicted to coffee and drink way too much of it so I only drink it every so often now and opt for tea. Great recommendation!

Like you, I am not a coffee person; but I am also not a tea person. I get my dose of caffeine on soda. But my mother-in-law LOVES tea so we have stocked up on tea at home for when she visits. I am sure she’s going to love this. I’ll share this with her.

Thanks! Yes it’s so cute! I normally don’t use a diffuser but this one is too adorable not to use! They’re especially helpful when the tea bags don’t have strings π

I have become much more interested in tea the last few years. I was a coffee drinker, and still am sometimes, but I love a good cup of tea when I am curled up with a book! This looks like an awesome diffusor I would love using!

I just gave up coffee a few weeks ago, but have personally never liked tea. My five sisters in law all seem to love it though, so I’m going to share this product idea with them… or maybe keep it in mind when their birthdays roll around! Great review.

I love tea! Ok, so I like coffee better, but I’ve become a bit of a tea snob when I got married. Prior to that, I always drank some bagged Lipton with honey, but then my husband introduced me to the world of loose leaf. Have you heard of Adiago Tea? http://www.adagio.com/
Fantastic. And Teavana. So we have a lot of tea. I think my favorite is probably peppermint (which I’m currently drinking now at a coffee shop while writing) or spearmint. But I love so many flavors. This is such a fun giveaway!

I’m with you re the coffee, except I don’t care for the smell of it. Love coffee ice cream, though. Meanwhile, I do like tea.

I love chocolate and coffee ice cream together!!

That diffuser is so nifty. I tried their skinny tea and loved the taste plus their tumbler that came with it was great.
Meredith says
It’s so cute right?! I almost wanted to try the skinny tea, and then I was like nope there’s no hope for me there anyway haha!!!

I am the same way! I like the smell of coffee but just am not a huge fan. I LOVE tea and drink it daily. I am so bummed I missed this giveaway π I would have loved to try it out. I like the idea of a tea that will help me focus as I seriously think i have ADD sometimes! LOL. I will check this company out–is your coupon code still good to use?
